At our accounting and tax firm, we pride ourselves on providing personalized financial solutions that drive success for our clients. Leading our team is Equbay, an accomplished accountant with over a decade of hands-on experience. A proud graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a B.A. in Accounting, Equbay's expertise is further enhanced by his status as an Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Advanced Online).
Equbay’s journey in the financial world began while he was still in school, where he honed his skills as a senior tax professional at H&R Block in Calgary. His relentless pursuit of excellence has led him to seek the prestigious Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional growth.
After spending years in senior management and executive roles within privately-held SMBs, Equbay took a bold step in 2016 by founding his own Accounting & Tax Services firm. His international business acumen, shaped by his experiences in Eritrea, enables him to serve a diverse clientele with unique insights and solutions.
Equbay's approach is rooted in two-way communication and mutual respect, fostering strong client relationships and team loyalty. Known for his high energy and results-driven mindset, he not only excels in accounting but also enjoys mentoring and building talented teams that share his passion for precision and client success.
